I've never been one to impose rules, but a few seem to be necessary.

1. Disable any Keep Alive or NOOP cycles or you will be permanently banned.
2. You have a 10 minute time limit if you are idle, before getting kicked.
3. You can have a maximum of 2 connections from one IP address at one time. If using IE this means you'll have to close some of those windows.
4. No time limit to active downloading, or minimum transfer rate.
5. I can't guarantee that my computer will be on 24/7/365, but probably pretty close.
6. Enjoy the tunes damn it.
